Can someone tell me why ratings go down when you haven't had bad or neutral feedback

Mine has gone down from 97.3 to 97 in 2 separate days. I know it's not much  Bit annoyed as if it keeps going down, buyers are less likely to buy from you. Thanks

If you click the little i beside the 97 % it show you the calculation.

Calculation is over the last 12 months, so the % could change every day as old feedback drops out and new is added. If more drop out than are being added then the % will get worse.

As an example you have received 100 feedback with one negative, so % would be say 99%. You stop selling so no new feedback being received, 50 feedback become over a year old, so now you have 50 feedback and one negative that would make it 98%. Only by receiving at least as many new as old drop out would the % stay the same.
