dvds failed to work

The set ordered £ 130  (28/11/2020)comprised of the avenger's phase one-two and thee, phases three (dvd set) failed to work in any player. the seller tells me they're only covered for 31 days considering it was a Christmas present it only gives 9 weeks to watch 19 films. any advice please.

You get 30 days to open a case with the ebay MBG so yes, you are out of time.

You could try a Paypal case.  Paypal will only cover items not as described on receipt, so you should write in the notes that you have only just got round to watching them, otherwise they may throw your case out.
