help to get out of a sale to a buyer after payment

sold a Iittala Oiva Toikka Nuutajarvi Art Glass Baby Common Teal yeserday 9-3-21 i have looled in to the buyer  

looking on ebay community i have seen alot of bad reviews about this company they claim to be  the allied partner of ebay since 2007 . i got a sence of some thing ant quit right when they messaged me to number on the out side of the pakage so they can identify it quickly on delivery.reading the comments of the community they keep hold of the item for about 6 week then put in a claim to ebay for refund of money. how do i get out of this sale and offer it to a nother bidder that  was out bid by 5 japan bids

Go to More Actions, right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address.   If they've paid the refund will be issued automatically.  Then go to More Actions again and use the Second Chance Offer link to offer to your underbidder.

thank you for your advice if they message me what should i do ,will ebay back me up on the canceling of this sale,

That cancellation will automatically go straight through. Probably best not to reply if they message you. eBay more or less leave it up to sellers, especially when you're only trying to safeguard yourself.
