Hello need some help. I bought something here and I returned it then the seller issued a refund but the refund entered my account as a debit entry it was a negative figure causing a bank overdraft coz by that time I had small amount of money in my account. So after 2 days the amount cleared with a credit entry meaning they cancelled each other with the negative amount wich they say they diposited meaning I ended up having nothing is this how refund works ? Hi all I ordered something in May and it hasnt arrived. I logged out as a guest and now I cant contact the seller at all- it just directs me to a login page but when I hit Register nothing happens. I'm going round in circles and there doesnt seem to be an actual human being I can speak to to resolve the issue.  Anyone have any clue what to do? I went through the ebay customer service link thing, put in my order number and they sent me a link that was supposed to resolve the issue. Any advice gratefully received.   I sold an Ipad which I posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery gauaranteed by 1pm.  According to Royal Mail they have delivered it, yet the buyer is claiming they havent received it.   Despite me submitting evidence of delivery from Royal Mail to the buyer she is claiming she didnt get it.   She lives in a bock of flat where access can only be gained through a "buzzer" entry.  she says the signature isnt hers (which is correct because due to Covid the postman puts in a covid signature.   Will Ebay give her the money back?  I cant make a claim with Royal Mail as they have proof of delivery with GPS tracking to prove it!   I'd really like to talk to customer serice or email them to explain in detail what has happened.   Can anyone help?     ... Their 'Contact Us' section is just a tree of FAQs which never gives you the option of saying anything. How do I contact them?   Everytime I return an item, it gives me the option to send by Royal Mail or Courier and to print out the sticker, however when you select the radio button nothing happens, meaning I cannot log the return. It's starting to get a bit frustrating as I have to contact the seller, then to wait for their reply to confirm their address etc and I have to return parcels manually with a written note. Have just refunded two items as messaged not recieved.  Ebay requested me to send to registered  address but buyer  had subsequently  asked for different  delivery  address. How do I know if delivery address will differ from buyers Ebay address? Any ideas gratefully received.  ... View more
