Missing item- guest login

Hi all

I ordered something in May and it hasnt arrived. I logged out as a guest and now I cant contact the seller at all- it just directs me to a login page but when I hit Register nothing happens. I'm going round in circles and there doesnt seem to be an actual human being I can speak to to resolve the issue. 

Anyone have any clue what to do?

I went through the ebay customer service link thing, put in my order number and they sent me a link that was supposed to resolve the issue. But that just sent me to the same log in page to register and again, nothing happened.
