Hello need some help. I bought something here and I returned it then the seller issued a refund but the refund entered my account as a debit entry it was a negative figure causing a bank overdraft coz by that time I had small amount of money in my account. So after 2 days the amount cleared with a credit entry meaning they cancelled each other with the negative amount wich they say they diposited meaning I ended up having nothing is this how refund works ? Plis help me coz I have been contacting ebay they just say they refunded
