Anyone know why ebay have generated yet another scam? Everytime we sell an item and add tracking details etc it automaticlly shows as delivered. We now every day get people complaining "item not arrived"  and wanting to know what we are going to do about it even when we point out to them to check the tracking which clearly shows not delivered yet or even attempted. Just about had enough of ebay now, don't get me started on their charges and for ever telling us to lower prices to sell more. ... View more

On 07/25/2021 I wanted to buy the Electric Meat Mincer Zelmer ZMM4048B item, but while making a payment of £ 161.99 something strange happened, I received the message "please confirm the card number. When I re-entered the card number and pressed the pay option, there was a message that I have checked the bank account, I have a confirmation that the payment has been made and the required amount has been removed from my account. Hi, can anyone help me with a problem? I purchased an item from a seller on 23rd March. However it was despatched late therefore arrived 4th May a lot later than was expected. Hi, I hope you can help us. We bought an item from a seller, but they informed us that there was an issue with this item being posted by the post office, so they have cancelled the order to give us a full refund. The issue that we have is that the order has been showing as pending cancellation and when we go in to reply if we have received the refund it just brings up the cancellation page.
