Hi, can anyone help me with a problem?
I purchased an item from a seller on 23rd March. However it was despatched late therefore arrived 4th May a lot later than was expected. It was damaged in transit and had to be repaired. I'm trying to contact the seller for fitting instructions but I'm now being told that I can't do this because it's over 90 days. HELP!!!
Check their current listings.
If they're a UK business seller their contact details should be given (at the bottom of every listing).
Or you can message them through eBay messages, or simply go to one of their present listings and use ask seller a question.
P.S or just look online for fitting instructions - you can find user manuals for anything online. You can never count on eBay sellers providing any after-sales service.
