You should have opened a Not As Described case to get a refund, NEGATIVE feedback should be a last resort, as it could be classed as Blackmailing the Seller to get a refund when a perfectly adequate system is already in place to get a refund.
if the seller has sorted out your problem they can send you a feedback revision request, do not change feedback on a 'promise'
