I hope you can help us. We bought an item from a seller, but they informed us that there was an issue with this item being posted by the post office, so they have cancelled the order to give us a full refund. The issue that we have is that the order has been showing as pending cancellation and when we go in to reply if we have received the refund it just brings up the cancellation page. We are trying to work with the seller to resolve this, but they don't know what they can do from their side.
Appreciate any help that you can give us with this.
