I recently  sold  a mobile phone for  £480.... I find it very annoying and confusing when I get deducted a £60 + fee with a VERY ambiguous portal message which makes you think you have a promotion which you won't get charged...    "Sell 3 items for free"..... I'm told that I 'don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.co.uk/cnt/ReplyToMessages?" on this server.'   I am simply replying to a buyer.  What is the obstacle?   I've searched for stray characters such as " or / , which could confuse a computer. I've not exceeded the 2000 character limit. I've not included a phone number or anything personal (besides names of course), I've signed out and back in - and I cannot see any logical reason for being locked out. Hello. I have bought an expensive item with my credit card but unfortunately seller found it faulty and cancelled my order with a refund.   The purchase date is 17-07-2021 On the cancellation note says refund take 3-5 days. bought a lawn mower - which is faulty - cable broken when it arrived - so haven't used. Seller agreed to return but has not issued a return label or instructions on how to send back the lawn mower. Though message said they have sent return label - definately not had anything  Contacted x 3 no reply.
