NOT BEING OFFERED ANY PROMOTIONS DESPITE HAVING RELUTANTLY AGREED TO MANAGED PAYMENTS

I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN EBAY.  DESPITE HAVING RELUTANTLY AGREED TO MANAGED PAYMENTS I HAVE NOT BEEN OFFERED A SINGLE PROMOTION SINCE AND FEEL I HAVE BEEN FORCED INTO SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT WITH THE PROMISE OF PROMOTIONS ETC.

There was never a contract that eBay would reward you with promotions if you "agreed" to managed payments. You had no choice, other than to stop selling here.

You will probably get offered promotions in due course, but none of us knows when. It may be at random, or more likely eBay has an algorithm to decide who gets promotions.

Managed payments and promotions are separate things.

All sellers in the Uk are being forced over to Managed Payments if they wish to continue to sell on the site.  Any promotion was not an incentive to change.    As i say everyone is being forced to change over whether they like it or not.  

Promotions are "random".     I have been flipped over to managed payments and only yesterday did i receive my first promotion for a few weeks.
