bought a lawn mower - which is faulty - cable broken when it arrived - so haven't used. Seller agreed to return but has not issued a return label or instructions on how to send back the lawn mower. Though message said they have sent return label - definately not had anything Contacted x 3 no reply. Want to ask ebay to step in but can't find a way to request help or use e Bay guarantee - tried everything and just go round in circles as return has been agreed !
Lawn mower was £300 so need to sort - as deadline for return is 4th August

The option to escalate the return case to ebay appears 3 working days after you started it. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
