Misleading information

I recently  sold  a mobile phone for  £480.... I find it very annoying and confusing when I get deducted a £60 + fee with a VERY ambiguous portal message which makes you think you have a promotion which you won't get charged...

 "Sell 3 items for free"..... It was a €£60  selling fee so how is this not a misleading promotion....

you have to accept the offer then list the item

only items listed and sold during the first listing cycle, after accepting the offer, qualify.
