I recently purchased a set of Apple AirPods Pro from a seller who stated in the description that they were sold as refurbished.  I received them but noticed the noise cancellation feature does not work.  Contacted the seller who advised me these didn't support that feature because they had been refurbished.   I have done a bit of research and discovered the model number on my iPhone appears to be fake as the two model numbers online do not match.  The packaging is fake too and so is the acccessories.  Seller stated no returns.  I have messaged the seller but haven't had a reply yet.  Am I covered for a refund? ... Selling trying to offer me discount - rock garden solar lights arrived in beat up boxes and all were badly smashed. I got in touch and through are only offering me a discount!!! I've had this issue when buying from sites abroad & therefore chose a site stating UK - however it is evident from the emails that this is not a UK company. Hi guys,Need help superfast. It`s been a while since i have sold anything on e-bay...(Bought loads) And,I have tried listing an item i need to sell. I have filled in all relevent questions,Included my pictures and tried listing the item.However i have come to a halt due to e-bay needing a verification code..I have asked them to either send me the verification code via a phone call AND also tried with the  text message..Neither arrived...I have also tried every way possible to speak to someone over the phone as this type of enquiree dosent exist in the dropdown menu anyway..This is asking for the holy grail and none of the numbers work only going back to the dropdown menu...Can anyone please help please???? ...
