Hello, why doesn't the collection code come up when the buyer is collecting?

It seems to be a problem not sure if anyone gets it.

the seller can mark as paid and dispatched  by the seller hub under Orders

HI, thanks for your reply but can't find the sellers hub or orders sections. Could this be because I only have a phone but no computer? Are other things not on the App compared to the full site?

The app is very limited in what is available,seller hub is https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ then under orders may need to use browser to access
