Hello!    I attempted to create my first listing on my account today and was given a 'Selling Hold'.     It says I need to contact a member of customer service to remove the hold. But I can't seem to find any way to contact eBay other than through Facebook and Twitter.   I may have recieved this because I didn't complete all of my personal information or verify my email before attempting to create a listing. I was also using a VPN when the error occurred.    But I believe it could be because my previous account was hacked 1 year ago which is now suspended. I use the same payment method and name on this account when purchasing.   What do you think? What should I do?  ... View more

HI   Is there a number i can ring or is it possible to get ebay to ring me . I have a item i bought and returned as to small i asked for the seller to resend me a larger size instead of a refund.    They said they ahd sent out via Amazon and then asked ME to chase up Amazon to find out where the delivery was, which I did they stated the parcel had been delivered it hasn't i am on furlough and my wife is home 24/7 due to illness so i know it hasn't i have asked neighbours also.    Amazon said to get the company in that case to raise a issue with them and they would like at reimbursing the company . This company agreed to do this on the 14th June and asked me to get back to them if i didn;t hear anything i have since contacted them twice on here via messages and am not getting a reply . So i need to speak to eBay i can't dispute online as it keeps coming up contact supplier, not very happy with thisa company i haven't left a bad review yet but have read quite a few bad reviews about the since this happened so if anyone knows the number or how ic an get them to ring me any help appreciated thanks. ... I have a Basic Shop and have been used to having free listings including 30-50 Auctions a month. I rarely use these as most of my listings are BIN. I have just sold an item on eBay at a price of £60.00 + £5.00 pastage With this new system eBay have held the payment for a number of days (one assumes eBay place the payment in an account that shows them a return) .  eBay then let you know that they are paying you less their charges which in this case came to £9.62 which is an extortionate  rate of 16%  I find it disgusting that what was a good and genuine trading platform has become a money grabbing concern with no regard for its users I will never again place any items for sale on eBay Its a CON J B    ...
