Hello!
I attempted to create my first listing on my account today and was given a 'Selling Hold'.
It says I need to contact a member of customer service to remove the hold. But I can't seem to find any way to contact eBay other than through Facebook and Twitter.
I may have recieved this because I didn't complete all of my personal information or verify my email before attempting to create a listing. I was also using a VPN when the error occurred.
But I believe it could be because my previous account was hacked 1 year ago which is now suspended. I use the same payment method and name on this account when purchasing.
What do you think? What should I do?
This is how to contact them,
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us?id=4814&st=10
The contact links can be found on the left on that page.
Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
As a new seller, you must complete the setup and verification of your account before you can list an item to sell.
Also, eBay does not seem to like members to use a VPN.
Are you using the same email as your now suspended account?
If eBay can link your new account to your now suspended account in any way, your new account will also be suspended.
That is to stop suspended account holders from getting around the suspension by simply opening a new account.
To contact eBay CS, you must use the Help and Contact link on the home page and search for the option or try this link.

EBay probably need to Verify you are the Account Holder. Enter "Contact Ebay" into Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page. Scroll down to Contact Us where you should find "Have Us Call You"
