18p selling fees for auction listings. Why?

I have a Basic Shop and have been used to having free listings including 30-50 Auctions a month. I rarely use these as most of my listings are BIN. Today I tried to list 2 items as auctions but I was being charged 18p each. I haven't been told that my free listings have gone. What's going on?

to get free auction style listings with a shop you have to list for 7 days, all other durations are charged for.

apparently there is a site-wide glitch that ebay are aware of.
