hi i paid for  2 mobiles which then got removed,i contacted the sellar and ebay stepped in but only gave me a refund for 1 mobile and now it wont allow me to open a case for the 2nd mobile.. thankyou sally

Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".
