I've just made a purchase but I think I'm being scammed as I've had some odd messages from the seller saying I've opened a case against them and then another email with an attachment of the live chat transcript but I've not had a live chat!!! The seller messaged me via WhatsApp asking me to close the case which I did but now usnt answering any messages! I can't find a way to contact ebay and get help... no live chat facility or email. I have had a payment returned twice in ebays new managed payment system. My bank account is correctly entered and ebays online chat customer support is all but useless. They promise me I'll have it in 2-3 days but 2-3 days later it is returned. My bank cannot understand this and have no records of any payment reaching them, and as they put it, we wouldn't refuse a payment into your account . Is anyone else having this problem ... View more
