I ordered some Rattan Furniture in March 2021, waited quite a few months, never recieved this but they took my money all the same, I waited so long that I decided to cancel and ask for a refund...... this refund has never arrived

You had 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee. Best not to Buy anything that isn't going to be delivered within a couple of weeks. Good Sellers don't keep Buyers waiting for months.within
You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Open an Item Not Received Case. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
