Managed payments

I have had a payment returned twice in ebays new managed payment system. My bank account is correctly entered and ebays online chat customer support is all but useless. They promise me I'll have it in 2-3 days but 2-3 days later it is returned. My bank cannot understand this and have no records of any payment reaching them, and as they put it, we wouldn't refuse a payment into your account . Is anyone else having this problem
