Harassing emails by seller

Why?   I cannot see that you have recently left negative feedback for a seller

 

How are they harassing you..what is their issue?

He's a Scottish seller from Edinburgh he did offer me a return label but I don't have a printer. When he offered a refund in exchange for removal of negative feedback and I could keep items I thought yeah why not. Once I removed the feedback he moved the goalposts and demanded I remove the other. I've contacted eBay and spoke to a representative about the emails and they said they'd look into although I haven't had any emails confirming the conversation with the eBay representative. When I got the email from PayPal this morning saying the case didn't go in my favour I was ready to let it go and put it down to a bad experience but the seller contacted me again this morning just to rub it in and gloat. In all fairness if your not happy with an item then surly the right thing to do is say what your experience was and leave negative feedback that's what it's for. eBay removed the negative feedback because I lost the PayPal claim and couldn't prove my claim
