Harassing emails by seller

Why?   I cannot see that you have recently left negative feedback for a seller

How are they harassing you..what is their issue?

Because eBay deleted the negative comment. I left negative feedback because I wasn’t happy with items the seller then contacted me to change the feedback in return for a refund and I could keep the items. I changed feedback for one item then asked for a refund which the seller then refused. I got so fed up with the constant emails that I decided to go through PayPal for a refund which didn’t go in my favour. The guy is still harassing me and being on the verge of being abusive

Ok...if Ebay deleted your feedback then somehow it must have broken feedback policy. Some sellers are very savvy when it comes to getting unfavourable feedback removed. This sounds like a Chinese seller unfortunately......they promise various things to get you to change feedback and once you do......the refund often does not appear. You should have stuck with any item not as described case and followed it through to the end. What i would do is message the guy one last time and tell him that he must stop harassing you immediately or you will contact Ebay and inform them of his behaviour and they can take action against him. Personally i would delete any future emails and not even read them. Hopefully if the seller gets no response they will stop. IF you also sell add them to your blocked bidder list as you do not want any revenge purchase and possibly negative feedback.
