item not received

hi i mainly sell low value items and post second class large letter. more people are claiming "they didnt get it"

so i resend it second signed for at my own cost then add tracking info . this then gives me a late delivery mark and has now knocked me off top rated. any help greatly apreatiated

You could use standard small parcel rate and get automatic delivery tracking (with Royal Mail).

thank you for you help but im talking cheaper items. so over 10 pounds i send second signed for . under i just put a stamp on it.

Unless you can prove delivery, you always have to refund.
