Hi I purchased an item from seller who listed the item as collection only. She agreed to post the item for free if I paid the asking price. I agreed and sent address via message. I paid for item but seller cancelled the purchase (must have been a few seconds before my payment went through). It is now showing as cancelled and closed. The items states an estimated refund price which is what I have paid but I haven't received any notification from ebay or PayPal that I will be refunded. Do you know how long this usually takes. I'm really annoyed as the seller telisted the item with the same buy it now price as what I paid. I have contacted her and she said there was an issue with my address and has now added postage to her item and asked me to repurchase. I'm confused as to whether or not I will receive my refund. Hi I made an order the week before last and althought it the status is dispatched and having a Yodel Tracking number the item has yet to be delivered - the deliver date was 3 days ago. I have attempted to contact the seller but no replies. I can now see they are no longer selling on ebay...what do I do know- as i have to wait several days before ebay will get involved, when i need a solution now as i need to source an alternative asap and need a refund before i can do so.   Thanks ... I live in the U.K. and have had three packages addressed to another Ebay user but to my address. There is a packing slip inside one of the packages with order number, eBay buyer ID, and eBay order number. The buyer returned the item, to the seller, but is of course wrongly addressed. The buyer returned by printing out the Royal Mail Tracked 48 details, and sent it in the post. But the item will not get to the seller, it came to me, another eBay user. Trying to report this to the U.K. eBay, if they can contact me through here, maybe the issue can be fixed.    I am not losing out myself, it is another user not getting returns sent back to them, due to this glitch. All three used Royal Mail Tracked 48. The first two were returned to my local post deopt marked "NOT KNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS"   They tried to call me from the U.S. but failed. During my last order a pop up message on the website at the time of payment led to a scam by a third party. I realised this so managed to put a stop on my credit card after the scammers had taken a small amount to verify the card.  I contacted eBay after over an hour on the phone and gave full details.  They promised that the security team would follow up.  I haven't had any follow up.  I have had to do a lot of work to change my credit card and to check that no further payments had been made against my account. EBay must have a direct contact system for complaints on the website.  What are they scared off? ... View more
