If sellers are fool enough to refund just on her word and let her have a freebie, then they just encourage this sort of behaviour.
Buyer MUST open a Not As Described Case , you provide a reply Paid Label and on return refund in full. If she just wants a refund without returning then she will probably not continue.
However DO NOT ARGUE and expect ebay to support you, they won't and they will probably just refund and you will get a defect and NO refund of the selling fee.
