Refund for item cancelled by seller

Hi I purchased an item from seller who listed the item as collection only. She agreed to post the item for free if I paid the asking price. I agreed and sent address via message. I paid for item but seller cancelled the purchase (must have been a few seconds before my payment went through). It is now showing as cancelled and closed. The items states an estimated refund price which is what I have paid but I haven't received any notification from ebay or PayPal that I will be refunded. Do you know how long this usually takes. I'm really annoyed as the seller telisted the item with the same buy it now price as what I paid. I have contacted her and she said there was an issue with my address and has now added postage to her item and asked me to repurchase. I'm confused as to whether or not I will receive my refund.
