I bought a pair of trainers and just before i was going to pay the buyer canceled the order saying its defected or lost then re-listed it on ebay for sale straight away.
It's poor behaviour by the seller, but by cancelling for this reason he will still pay the selling fees. You can leave feedback by going to the feedback forum on your own feedback page.
