I made an order the week before last and althought it the status is dispatched and having a Yodel Tracking number the item has yet to be delivered - the deliver date was 3 days ago. I have attempted to contact the seller but no replies. I can now see they are no longer selling on ebay...what do I do know- as i have to wait several days before ebay will get involved, when i need a solution now as i need to source an alternative asap and need a refund before i can do so.
If the delivery date has passed and you have opened a case for non delivery, then you just have to wait for the time frame required by the case, i.e 3 days until you can escalate to ebay. You can't speed it up.
