I ordered some items from a seller in China , in January  ,when he  sent them he sent them as 2 of 2 . The first 1 o 2 arrived OK .The second never did .When I got in touch he ask me to wait a little longer as he said it could take as long as 35 days so I agreed ,after a long wait the item never arrived so I got in touch . He said he would re-send the order as soon as possible to which I agreed  ,after a long wait again  I got in touch and again he ask me to give it a litle longer .The items have still not arrived. It is now July . When I try to take action through E BAY I find there dose not seem to be any records they have kept  of the transaction or any way to leave bad feedback .It seems I have waited to long  trying to be helpful and lost my money . I'm trying to enter my bank account details as requested by ebay.  HUGELY against my wishes. I feel secure using paypal and very vulnerable giving my personal bank details. Dear ebay,                     the service you give is 99% excellent, but the 1% still lacking especially for buyers is that keeping us updated on scammers that sell their imaginary products on your site thus stealing our money & then thinking they have got one over on the buyer & also ebay. I/we are very grateful as to the way you handle & refund our money back, but thats then the end of it as far as the buyer is concerned as we do not hear any more about what has happened regarding the scammer/s & what steps or prosecutions you have taken bringing these culprits to justice. I would be very pleased & also would be very contented if you would let the buyer know the after actions you carried out on the individual scammer/s  that think it is ok to advertise their fake pruducts & scam unsuspecting buyers of their hard earned cash.                            Kindest Regards                               Mr M. Hello. I purchased a vinyl record on the 12th June and the order was subsequently cancelled by the seller on June 16 due to "complications with the buyers address".  It is now the 8th of July and I still havent recieved a refund for the item after cancellation. I contacted the seller and he sent me a screenshot of the cancellation on his part. I'm having difficulty navigating Ebays customer service/FAQ pages and it's really frustrating me at this point. Didn't realise that it is Impossible to contact Ebay these days - how incredibly irresponsible of a multi billion dollar company is that! My wife has bought a new Software package, but the code didn't work - Microsoft confirmed that it had already been used. Seller agreed to Refund and my wife requested a return through Ebay, which was accepted. We printed the return label for the package, but the seller says that the address is wrong, and that she no longer lives there, and that her new address is on the back of the original package, which it is (same town, different street). She says that her new address is on Ebay but that she won't pay for return postage to that address?? We've looked and there is no address for the seller under her details on Ebay, but have made a scren shot of the Ebay return label which has her "old" address. What to do? ... View more
