Need help getting a refund.

Hello. I purchased a vinyl record on the 12th June and the order was subsequently cancelled by the seller on June 16 due to "complications with the buyers address".  It is now the 8th of July and I still havent recieved a refund for the item after cancellation. I contacted the seller and he sent me a screenshot of the cancellation on his part. I'm having difficulty navigating Ebays customer service/FAQ pages and it's really frustrating me at this point. Is there any way I can just email Ebay directly to try and get my refund?

A refund is automatic after cancellation and the money returns to source so you may not have spotted it.   If you used your debit card, with or without Paypal, it goes back to your bank account in about 7 days.   If you used your credit card it takes up to 30 days to return to card.

 

If you still need to contact ebay about it go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left.  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".  You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
