Dear ebay,
the service you give is 99% excellent, but the 1% still lacking especially for buyers is that keeping us updated on scammers that sell their imaginary products on your site thus stealing our money & then thinking they have got one over on the buyer & also ebay.
I/we are very grateful as to the way you handle & refund our money back, but thats then the end of it as far as the buyer is concerned as we do not hear any more about what has happened regarding the scammer/s & what steps or prosecutions you have taken bringing these culprits to justice.
I would be very pleased & also would be very contented if you would let the buyer know the after actions you carried out on the individual scammer/s that think it is ok to advertise their fake pruducts & scam unsuspecting buyers of their hard earned cash.
Kindest Regards
Mr M. Edge...
buyer's have full protection and once they get their refund that's it - eBay won't/cannot inform as to what actions have been taken.
Also, leaving non-positive feedback for a seller saying "Too dear, should look at other prices b4 purchasing..." is feedback abuse by damaging a sellers account because of your own mistake.
You are not talking to eBay here we are members like you. As @plpmr explains if a buyer gets something which they think is not as described they open a case, return it at sellers expense and get a refund
It takes about a week but is as simple as that. No contact/discussion or argument with the seller just an eBay case
