Is it just me or is anyone else having problems when it comes to the end of the auction and the item doesn't sell, there is a relist to click but all it does is take me back to my listings for sale. Also when the time is ticking down and someone bids it doesn't show until the auction is over. Leaving feedback is hit and miss and I can't leave feedback for someone who buys more than 1 item, unless I go into feedback forum. Ebay are making billions but can't get the basics right for people even when you contact them and point out the faults. ... View more

I sold an item on the condition that it would be collected.    After the purchase when I looked where he lived it was Northern Ireland, I did think, well, perhaps he comes over to England, or has relatives here.  Anyway I have now sent 3 messages with no response.  It has been 9 days since the payment.   Do I just wait.  I can't see this problem itemised on the 'help' page of Ebay. ... For some reason most of my purchaces have disappeared off my purchace history, unfortunately I need to send 3 items back and without my history, its not possible . I have tried to contact eBay and I managed 1 chat and they started the returns process but I can't get any further. They said I must have purchased the items on a different account but I didn't.  I am disabled and unfortunately spend most of my life sitting on the couch and I buy all my ebay items on my phone whilst sitting on the couch . Also I have lots of repeat items that have also disappeared. I only have 6 days to return the items to get a refund so I'm getting desperate.  ... View more

Hi all - I didn't put a ecg code on a parcel - the buyer got in touch and I apologised and issued full refund ASAP giving him the option to hang on a few days  - I have since found out Royal Mail has delivered the shoes to the buyer - so now the buyer has my shoes and the refund - I have asked the buyer to refund me the refund or post the shoes - is there anything else I could or should do ? I know I should have put the code hence why I issued refund but now he has the shoes too?  ... View more
