Item not collected

I sold an item on the condition that it would be collected.    After the purchase when I looked where he lived it was Northern Ireland, I did think, well, perhaps he comes over to England, or has relatives here.  Anyway I have now sent 3 messages with no response.  It has been 9 days since the payment.   Do I just wait.  I can't see this problem itemised on the 'help' page of Ebay.

You need to do this.

If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, applicable fees will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.
