For some reason most of my purchaces have disappeared off my purchace history, unfortunately I need to send 3 items back and without my history, its not possible . I have tried to contact eBay and I managed 1 chat and they started the returns process but I can't get any further. They said I must have purchased the items on a different account but I didn't.  I am disabled and unfortunately spend most of my life sitting on the couch and I buy all my ebay items on my phone whilst sitting on the couch . Also I have lots of repeat items that have also disappeared. I only have 6 days to return the items to get a refund so I'm getting desperate.

Your Purchase history goes back to the current year and two more.

My eBay>Purchase history

Go to your Purchase history and click on the little down arrow where it says, The last 60 days. That should bring up more options.

Details of your purchase should be there.
