Advice please community

Hi all - I didn't put a

ecg code on a parcel - the buyer got in touch and I apologised and issued full refund ASAP giving him the option to hang on a few days  - I have since found out Royal Mail has delivered the shoes to the buyer - so now the buyer has my shoes and the refund - I have asked the buyer to refund me the refund or post the shoes - is there anything else I could or should do ? I know I should have put the code hence why I issued refund but now he has the shoes too?

Sorry nothing you can do other than send him a PayPal Money Request.
