I've sold a REGION ONE dvd.  In my listing I wrote REGION ONE 14 times! I wrote "please don't bid or buy if you don't have the appropriate player fir REGION ONE dvds" So of course, the message arrives today "it won't play" Tbh. Hello.   I have just listed two items and in both cases, all of the images have a pink colour cast. This is not a problem with my photo editing as the images display the correct colour when uploaded to my Flickr account. If you need to see what I am referring to here is a link to the listing. Automated 'assistants' when failing to resolve simple matters passing on to a colleague for help, turns out to be another auto bot. MEssages state contact details are at the bottom of 'help' pages  is just to another automated 'assistant' or chat (if / when it works /doesn't just give;   "Pardon our interruption... As you were browsing eBay, something about your browser made us think you were a bot. There are a few reasons this might happen: You're a power user moving through this website with super-human speed. You've disabled JavaScript in your web browser. A third-party browser plugin, such as Ghostery or NoScript, is preventing JavaScript from running." )   Why is it too much to ask of Ebay to provide easilly finadable telephone contact numbers for an actual help desk, or doesnt ebay employ humans any more to provide actual help (let's mention diversity and inclusion) assuming the aim is to actually assist users?   ... Hi, im trying to add my debit card to this new Payout system, ive added my IBAN number correctly, but now im getting the "Please provide valid bank account number" Error message every single time when im typing or copying in my bank account number, which is 100% the correct one. What did i miss? I would greatly appreciate all the help.  My account number is 8 digits x3, tried putting it in with slashes, spaces, and even just as it is completely, nothing worked. ... I sold a MacBook pro m1 for £950 and sent it special delivery to a click and collect point. Within a few hours, I had an email from eBay stating the payment has been put on hold as the eBay user didn't recognise the transaction. 4 days later I checked the click and collect tracking and it states it has been collected. I ordered a hand brake actuator back in March from a seller on Ebay for £300 (see attached order info)    The day it was fitted i drove home and it had failed, the fail light came back on, i messaged the seller straight away and sent them a photo of the warning light, i took the car back to the garage who fitted it and they confirmed that the bake was faulty.    Since then i have sent the sellar many many messages asking for them to resolve the issue and they are not dealing with it. I can still drive the car, but it needs fixing again.   The seller advertised they gave a 2yrs warrenty with the product, they are now ignoring me and Ebay isn't much help either as i have no way to contact Ebay as all the return options dont deal with an issue after a certain amount of days.    Can anyone please give me some advice on where i should go next to resolve this and get a refund ??    keechy19@googlemail.com     ... Hi,   I am looking to buy an range cooker from a professional seller.  It is a relatively high-price item and I would therefore like to view it beforehand.  Returning the item if I am not happy is an option ... but not a sensible one as you can imagine.   The seller says that viewing the items contravenes eBay policy and he is worried that eBay will censor him if he allows it.  Is this correct  If so, is there a way to view a item - high-value or otherwise - before biddng?   Thanks, Julian ...
