I ordered a hand brake actuator back in March from a seller on Ebay for £300 (see attached order info)
The day it was fitted i drove home and it had failed, the fail light came back on, i messaged the seller straight away and sent them a photo of the warning light, i took the car back to the garage who fitted it and they confirmed that the bake was faulty.
Since then i have sent the sellar many many messages asking for them to resolve the issue and they are not dealing with it. I can still drive the car, but it needs fixing again.
The seller advertised they gave a 2yrs warrenty with the product, they are now ignoring me and Ebay isn't much help either as i have no way to contact Ebay as all the return options dont deal with an issue after a certain amount of days.
Can anyone please give me some advice on where i should go next to resolve this and get a refund ??

It's too late for ebay but you can still open a case direct with Paypal if you used them. First sign up to get the return postage paid:
https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
Then open a "not as described" case here:
https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/
And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
