I've sold a REGION ONE dvd. 

In my listing I wrote REGION ONE 14 times!

I wrote "please don't bid or buy if you don't have the appropriate player fir REGION ONE dvds"

So of course, the message arrives today "it won't play"

Tbh. I've been waiting for this comeback. 

Do I just refund the item or hold out on the principle that people are taking liberties with ordinary sellers? 🤔

And not for the first time this week.

it's up to you but if they escalate thea case to ebay odds are they will find in their favour even though they're in the wrong.   Some people don't understand what the regions mean.   Maybe you should spell it out on your listings.
