Verify your bank details - Please provide valid bank account number

Hi, im trying to add my debit card to this new Payout system, ive added my IBAN number correctly, but now im getting the "Please provide valid bank account number" Error message every single time when im typing or copying in my bank account number, which is 100% the correct one. What did i miss? I would greatly appreciate all the help.  My account number is 8 digits x3, tried putting it in with slashes, spaces, and even just as it is completely, nothing worked.

The error message is not always accurate.   It's possible the number is not at fault.  Doublecheck that the name you have registered with ebay is exactly the same as what's on your bank account.  If you need to adjust it go to My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Personal Information > Personal Info > Edit on the right. On the next page you should be able to write the new name over the old one. Then click on Save at the bottom.

I tried it now but sadly it didnt help, even tried swapping my first and last name because its the opposite in my country, i really dont know anymore...

It's probably because you're not in the UK. Managed payments is only available in certain countries at the moment.

I dont understand, didnt this new payment system just become forced to everyone? I can not sell anything until i provided every info so they can send the payments directly into my bank account...

Contact ebay and see what they say. Go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left. Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".
