I sold a MacBook pro m1 for £950 and sent it special delivery to a click and collect point. Within a few hours, I had an email from eBay stating the payment has been put on hold as the eBay user didn't recognise the transaction. 4 days later I checked the click and collect tracking and it states it has been collected.
I'm really worried I'm not going to get my money released from eBay, what rights do I have?
Really appreciate some advice.
