Whilst trying to message a seller today I kept receiving error messages. Eventually I was asked to sign back into eBay. Never really known my login detail as I've used the app for so long. I signed in using Apple ID (thumb print) however now all of my history has gone. Every item I've bought or watched has disappeared? It also now says I've been a member since 2021?? I contacted the seller to say item hadn't arrived, they said they would send it and would I be happy to wait, I said yes. The item arrived today after which ebay refunded the money. Hi ,   I am selling garments on ebay , also giving service some time for my customers  for custom made . Mostly orders I made as custom made always remained sucessful.   Now I have a issue with a buyer who ordered me for 3 items to make them as custom made. I made them from my manufacturer factory and delivered to buyer in UK but my customer did not happy of its fittings as she claimed and returned items back out side of ebay return request.   I offered her would try to make once more time for you because has been involved much money for custom made as it is more than double than its normal cost. I requested my customer that I will make and  send item one by one sothat this time should be ok, but on first item made again accoring to given measurements my customer rejected again as still not fitted, am afraid on this situation that measurements of my customer provided me might be taken incorrect.  Now my customer is demading whole money but issue is the  items I made for my customer are useless for me and never sell again as they are made of a specific measurements.   My question is:  Will I return money to my customer as these were a custom made items which I made according to given measurements from customer? Is there any law in UK if buyer order for a custom made item and still can return for refund?   will it be buyer own risk or seller is still responsible? I bought an item and paid immediately with PayPal as I always do. 5 hours later a message arrived from the seller to say item had been sold privately and they probably should have taken it down. So I asked for a refund.  Seller disputed payment, then moved to I shouldn't have paid when it wasn't available. I pointed out it was available on ebay at the time.
