Hi I recently purchased an item it was delivered to my house but delivery driver left in in a not safe place where it was on view to passers by I contacted seller who was no help and eBay said I can't have a refund I'm furious what can I do
the seller has proof of delivery so you will have to take it up with the delivery company instead
