Hi I have no issue at all with sending a second order, or a refund to somebody is the problem is from Royal Mail not making a delivery. It very rarely happens. However, I have received a request from a buyer this morning, stating he has had no delivery (again, I’d do me upmost to resolve the matter), however the order was made, and sent out at the beginning of this month, The buyer also left positive feedback upon receiving the item, and even commented on how nice my floats looked??? I’m not sure what to do now…. I certainly do not wish to tarnish my 100% selling record, especially if this is not a true issue that the buyer has. Below is the feedback I received from the seller, and below that was my email response to the request, send to the buyer Can you please advise, or assist. You're right, you really should have received your order by now. I can do nothing but apologise for that. The Royal Mail has pretty much ironed out the problems caused by the covid pandemic, although I believe some things can still be delayed. Whether the Royal Mail delivery is in my control or not, it's not the level of service that I wish to be supplying. I pride myself in the 100% feedback that I, as GORTINI hold, and I'm very sorry for this. Please rest assured that your order was dispatched. I always make a point of sending orders out either the same day, or next day morning. Once again, please accept my full apologies. Please keep me informed. Hopefully your order has simply been delayed (for some unknown reason), however I'm more than happy to send another order to you, should your initial order not arrive this week, or I can fully refund you – whichever you’d prefer I hope this doesn't cast a negative outlook toward GORTINI.
