Anyone know how I can speak to eBay regarding an item which is faulty at 126 days, it is under their 180 day Money Back Guarantee but Seller no longer listed, cannot raise a return as eBay does not list item bought March 2021. Tried CHAT but simply automated responses of no assistance, asked to speak to person told they are buy so can I try later. Unbelievably frustrating eBay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You had 30 days for a dispute on ebay and 180 days on paypal if you paid that way
No point in contacting ebay as you are out of time
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive
and not a warranty.
Any warranty is between you and the seller.
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
