Has anyone else had trouble with ebay recently taking double payments on your most expensive purchase I had this last week for over 200pound taken twice. I got in contact with my bank n managed to get my money back. Considering ebay has different websites for each country (ebay.co.uk for the UK, ebay.de for Germany and ebay.com for the USA), I was wondering if it is possible to list a product on multiple sites, and if so how. This seemed quite puzzling to me especially because of the fact that the same products that are available on one site, are not available on the other one, despite me needing only one set of credentials to log in on all of them. Hi, I purchased x5 age 8 school dresses from a seller. When I received them they were actually age 5-6. Obviously no good for my 8 year old daughter so I messaged the seller explaining the sale was mis sold and I couldn't use them. She replied with sorry your not happy and that was it. I said I wanted a refund and my return postage paid for. A couple of days later she got back to me saying I had to send the items back myself and when received I would get a refund. I explained that with ebay the seller is responsible to pay for the return of mis sold items. She ignored me so I went through ebay. She accepted the return and claimed to have sent me a return label. This hasn't happened but as she has said this on the return ebay has closed the case. I have messaged the seller again saying she needs to provide me with a returns postage label and I am being ignored. What can I do? Sorry for  the long essay 😅 ... View more

So I ordered some hair perm rollers then realised my old address was still on the account, I told the seller immediately as in on the same day as I initially order it that my old address was on it; I simply got a reply saying the order had already been dispatched like no sort of solution or nothing.   Is this fair ?
