Fake item

I won a pair of trainers but on checking barcode the item is coming up as fake so I won't pay for item and I requested to cancel 5 mins after auction ended and seller declined what can I do !

When the trainers arrive and you are still sure they are fake, open a Not as Described case under the ebay money back guarantee - Item does not seem authentic - your seller will bear the return postage and you will be refunded.
