Return label

Hi, I purchased x5 age 8 school dresses from a seller.

When I received them they were actually age 5-6.

Obviously no good for my 8 year old daughter so I messaged the seller explaining the sale was mis sold and I couldn't use them.

She replied with sorry your not happy and that was it.

I said I wanted a refund and my return postage paid for.

A couple of days later she got back to me saying I had to send the items back myself and when received I would get a refund.

I explained that with ebay the seller is responsible to pay for the return of mis sold items.

She ignored me so I went through ebay.

She accepted the return and claimed to have sent me a return label.

This hasn't happened but as she has said this on the return ebay has closed the case.

I have messaged the seller again saying she needs to provide me with a returns postage label and I am being ignored.

What can I do?
